1. Background of the Project

Project Description:

Due to the different operation periods, hardware selection and product types of Rural Credit Cooperatives Bank, there appears diversification of monitoring devices and uneven quality of products. At the same time, the branches are independent from each other, the supervisory departments can not manage the branches uniformly. Therefore, the regulatory center needs to set up a unified remote video management platform with access bandwidth of 2 Mbps to 10 Mbps, and access to nearly 7,000 modules, so as to achieve the purpose of unified planning, management and resource sharing for all network resources.

2. User Needs

1) Monitoring center for all video equipment (different brands, different types) to achieve centralized monitoring and management, monitoring software needs access to various types and brands of video equipment; at the same time for different departments assigned different management and access rights.

2) Monitoring Center equipped with 15 monitors, switching any key image decoding on the video wall.

3) Monitoring Center to achieve centralized monitoring and management of all network images.

4) Monitoring Center has a very good equipment expansion ability.


3. Requirements Analysis

According to the application needs of Bank, we make the following application analysis:


1) Equipment Application Diversification


During the construction of video surveillance, Rural Credit Cooperatives Bank has many difficulties in the unified management of the superior departments, just because of different time of putting into operation, different types of products, different hardware selection and other reasons. At present, the software has access to the types of equipment such as Capture Card, DVS, DVR, NVR, Ip Camera and other types of equipment, the equipment brand involves dozens of mainstream and non-mainstream domestic and foreign brands. At the same time, the Software also supports standard protocol applications such as Onvif, provides a prerequisite to realize large-scale remote networking video centralized monitoring and management.


2) Central Management Applications


Taichen Software can interconnect a variety of distributed device information through the network, forming a huge data center management resources for the user's centralized management / control / quick search to provide efficient solutions.


3) Multi-level User Management and Operation Authority


Due to the different number of branches under the jurisdiction of cities and counties and the different management functions, different management and operation authorities should be assigned to all functional departments, each of which is independent of each other.


4) Application of Digital Matrix


The Digital Matrix function provided by Taichen Software will connect video images of the center to group arrangement, prepare different reservation schemes and video output schemes, and output them to any TV wall for display.


5) Multiple Image Access Methods


Taichen Software supports C/S, B/S, mobile client, etc., the real-time preview, group preview, group switching and other operations and strategic response, the preview support 1-64 channels different split screen display mode.


4. Program Implementation

According to the above needs analysis, the actual situation of the user, we make the following configuration:


1) One central management server: to achieve all the equipment, network connectivity, server configuration, user login authentication and management of basic information settings.

2) 8 Digital Matrix servers: One Digital Matrix server has output maximum decoding 64 channels, in this application, we have 7 decoding hosts, to achieve any video channel decoding.

3) 3 C/S Client Stations: to achieve video preview, playback, backup and other functions. The Client Station is dual display mode, a screen display image monitoring, the other display matrix control.
